What you can do in Account
- Notifications: Turn app notifications on or off
- Change password: Account → Change Password (also available from this page on the web)

- Privacy policy: View the privacy text
- Sign out: Safely sign out of your account
Account security tips
For your account’s security, please follow these tips:
- Use a strong password: At least 8 characters, with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters
- Change your password regularly: At least every 3 months; never share your password
- Session security: Sign out when you're done; don't sign in on shared devices
- Suspicious activity: If you notice anything unusual, change your password immediately and contact our support team
Deleting your account
You can delete your account in these ways:
1. Delete in the app
Settings → Security → Delete My Account
In the MEETRA app, go to the Profile tab, tap Settings, open Security, and choose Delete My Account. Once confirmed, your account is permanently deleted.
2. Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app or prefer to delete by email, send your account deletion request to:
Include your registered email address; we'll review your request and delete your account.
3. Delete on this website
While signed in on the MEETRA website, you can also delete your account here.
Path: Use the Delete this account section at the bottom of the Account Management page.
After you check the confirmation box and complete the process, your account is permanently deleted.
What happens when an account is deleted?
This action cannot be undone. All of your data is permanently deleted:
- Your profile information
- Your messages
- Your matches
- All your other data
Anonymous accounts
If you sign out of an account you used via anonymous sign-in, your anonymous profile and all related data are automatically and permanently deleted. This also cannot be undone.
