Child Safety Standards Policy

Last updated: February 28, 2026

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

As Meetra: Random Video Chat, we treat children's safety as our highest priority. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) on our platform. Our platform is for users 18 and older only, and we do not tolerate any content or conduct that puts children at risk.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited in our app:

  • Sharing, requesting, or distributing any sexually explicit material involving children (CSAM).
  • Sexual approaches toward children (grooming), blackmail, or sexual coercion.
  • Any speech or content that promotes, defends, or normalizes the sexual abuse of children.

3. Reporting Mechanism

To help keep our users safe, the app includes an easily accessible reporting system. Users can immediately report suspicious activity, CSAM, or CSAE violations using the "Report" button on the profile/video screen.

4. Actions Taken on Violations

When any content or user is found to violate our child safety policy:

  • The account's access to the app is immediately and permanently blocked.
  • The materials and user information are promptly reported to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant local/national law enforcement authorities.
  • We fully cooperate with competent authorities during investigations.
